I’m a thriver in tough times; I’m a living witness that while you can’t choose what happens to you, you can always choose how you want to show up in those moments. And I’ve always wanted to show up with bucket loads of resilience, a positive mind set, and one who believes that the best is always to come.

Kia Ora,
My Story
Together with my husband Andy I’ve been a Co-Founding Director of FamilyLife NZ (a christian charitable trust) for 25 years, where I’ve taught healthy relationship skills to thousands of couples all across New Zealand.
Andy suddenly passed away in 2018 and while I remain speaking and teaching for FamilyLife, I am also an accredited certified coach, an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) trainer, and a Lightning Process (LP) Practitioner.
I’ve co-authored (with Andy) a workbook called “Putting First things First” and a series of question cards for marriage and parenting called “Small Talk”
Having lost my husband and also my oldest daughter Natasha in a tragic accident when she was 16 years old (in the 2008 Mangetepopo/Elim canyoning tragedy) I’ve walked the journey of grief…and found treasures in the darkness. While married to Andy, he lived 17 years on a kidney dialysis machine, survived cancer, a stroke and two heart attacks.
Life certainly hasn’t played out the way I thought it would and yet we’ve navigated and thrived in devastating circumstances.
I know that you can too, and that’s why I want to help!
Over the years I’ve recommended the LP to so many people who found themselves stuck, and it’s been life changing for them.
From living with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, chronic fatigue, chronic pain and other health issues, I’ve seen people go through the LP training and become full of life, energy and motivation. They haven’t just got their life back – they feel they’ve been given a whole new life!
I would love to work with you to help you live the life you love. We only get to live this life once, so call me today and begin a whole new exciting journey.
